Storage advantage
The IVUS cryo tube fits in a 32 mm cryo box, which offers a 23% extra storage capacity compared to conventional cryo solutions. In addition, the tube and cap have an external thread and star foot, allowing storing in standard 10x10 Cryo Boxes. The extra storage capacity contributes directly to storage and CO2 savings.
Unique design
The cryo tubes are easy to recognize with the red line indicator. The red line indicates the maximum recommended filling for freezing in liquid nitrogen in the vapour phase at -196°C, which is your security for storage.
User-friendly benefits
IVUS Cryo Tubes features a unique single-handed quick seal closure and an ergonomic lid. In addition, the external thread provides a freestanding Cryovial. The design allows tightening or removal with only a half turn, thus avoiding long-term injuries to the user. The innovative design also minimizes the risk of contamination.
